We chose the best traditional cider and heirloom apples and added whole Washington wild grown blue huckleberries to craft this award-winning co-fermented Cider.

These berries are sourced locally, being hand-picked in the Mount St. Helens area of Washington.

The wild huckleberries add a distinct tartness and a hint of sweetness, similar to blueberries but with a more intense, wild berry flavor. Expect notes of dark berries and a slightly earthy undertone.

Our cider has a slightly tannic structure from the traditional cider apples and the huckleberries adding a bit of dryness and complexity to the mouthfeel. This creates a more robust and satisfying drinking experience.
