Made with as yet unidentified antique cider apples

This is our first cider release using apples that were grafted into our Ellensburg orchard from an original 100+ year old orchard on Washington's San Juan Island.

​

We decided to craft this as a semi-sweet cider and are pleased with the results! The unidentified apples lend a fair amount of tart, but it is nicely balanced with sweet notes of vanilla and honey.

​
